We build the software that runs your operations.

Desktop and web applications, process automation, algorithmic AI trading, payment operations under human approval, monitoring and reporting. We design the architecture, write the code, and keep the system under watch.

— WHAT WE WORK WITH

Networks, venues and infrastructure in the stack.

What the systems actually connect to: the compute they run on, the chains they settle on, the venues they reach, and the transport that moves value between them.

01 — WHAT WE DO

Software that holds up in production.

Applications and the automation behind them. From the first sketch to an installer your team double-clicks — or to a process that has been running unattended for months, with a log a person can audit.

01
↗

Applications and internal tools

Desktop applications, web apps, internal tools and back offices. Electron, Next.js, local databases, signed releases with auto-updates.

02
↗

Processes that run unattended

Recurring operations run end to end: APIs, databases, schedules, retries, alerts. Every run leaves a record that says what happened and when.

Payments under approval

Payment flows with ceilings, allowlists and an approval queue in front of them. Keys stay with the client, and a payment that would fail is simulated before a person is asked to sign it.

Systems kept under watch

Real-time dashboards, alerts the moment a number leaves its range, and reporting an accountant can actually use. LLM agents connected over MCP where they measurably save hours.

Trading by algorithm

Trading systems built end to end: signals, execution on exchanges and on-chain, risk limits and monitoring around both. The model makes the call, a person sets the boundaries.

Liquidity behind one route

An exchange layer over dozens of liquidity providers: the route assembles itself, the best available price is put together, and the fee stays minimal. A decentralised exchange of our own is being built on top of it.

A night shift, logged

Nobody buys automation. They buy the night when the phone stayed silent. Below is one such night, failure and recovery included.

THE FAILURE LINE IS HERE ON PURPOSE · A SYSTEM IS WORTH WHAT IT DOES WHEN SOMETHING BREAKS

23:14liquidity watch · profile taken on event
01:02pool depth below threshold · alert sent

Wallet Orchestrator

The morning reconciliation of wallets by hand is replaced by one screen. Bookkeeping is assembled as the money moves, and reports are prepared separately for each jurisdiction the company works in.

Algorithmic AI Trading

The trading loop runs around the clock with no human in the middle, and every action passes through risk algorithms before it reaches execution. How the programme is built is in the section below.

Desktop App with a Local Vault

An Electron application that keeps everything on the customer's machine: an encrypted key container that opens only for the moment of a signature, a local database, signed releases with auto-updates. The machine stays fully observed: every key access, every unlock and every attempt at entry lands in the log, and anything unauthorised shows up the same second. Nothing happens on that device unseen.

04 — OUR PRODUCT

The layer that lets a finance director say yes.

Every wallet provider governs the wallets it issued. None of them can tell a business what happened across all of them, and none of them produce something an accountant can file. Wallet Orchestrator closes that gap.

Wallet Orchestrator

One view across providers and chains, a ledger organised around clients, and an approval queue in front of every payment. Self-custody: keys live in an encrypted container on your own machine and open only for the moment of a signature.

  • One fleet across ten EVM networks and Solana — watch-only addresses, local keys and Safe multisigs, one total
  • Invoices reconciled against the payments that settled them, each transfer priced at the date it moved
  • Per-payment and daily ceilings, allowlists and a freeze — rechecked at the moment of signing
  • MCP-native: your own assistant reads the ledger and files requests into the approval queue, but cannot send anything without your signature
DESIGN PARTNERS

Thirty-day pilot

  • Free for thirty days — verified partners only
  • No custody — it runs on your machine
  • Your chart of accounts, your jurisdiction
Request a pilot

Not open to everyone. Every company is checked before a pilot starts, and the first cohort is ten to fifteen partners. What we ask in return: your chart of accounts, your jurisdiction, and your worst reconciliation week.

05 — AI TRADING

Markets our machines trade around the clock, seven days a week.

A second line of work: trading software we built and run on our own capital, licensed to clients who run it on theirs. Everything below describes the shape of the system. What it trades stays inside.

AI-driven decisions

Models and agents read market and operational state around the clock, weigh the options and act inside limits set in advance. Every decision lands in a log a person can read afterwards.

02

On-chain execution

Routing across decentralised venues and networks: quotes compared live, every transaction simulated before it is signed, keys kept in self-custody from beginning to end.

Exchange execution

Centralised exchanges over official APIs: scoped keys, withdrawals off by default, order and position state reconciled continuously against our own books.

AI algorithmic trading

A high-frequency, fully automated system, assembled and calibrated end to end by our own hands and running on independent decentralised servers. Data arrives in parallel streams and the call is made by PROJECT CORE — an AI «consciousness» trained on more than 10,000 hours of live trading. Our computing infrastructure brings each decision down to milliseconds, and every action passes through risk algorithms wired into the system before it reaches execution. It runs day and night, 24/7, across decentralised and centralised markets at once, joining and processing data from many sources. The operators of the system watch it around the clock and keep tuning the algorithms.

  • One engine covering decentralised and centralised exchanges and venues
  • Signals, execution, risk and reporting in a single loop instead of many disconnected tools
  • Latency in milliseconds, every decision reasoned through and written down
  • Limits, a kill switch and manual override available at any moment
  • The system keeps learning and improving on its own
LICENSED DEPLOYMENT

How the system is sold

  • One payment for the system itself, then a share of the profit it earns — no fixed monthly bill
  • A month in the red costs nothing: with no profit above the previous high, there is nothing to share
  • Self-custody end to end — keys, accounts and capital stay with the client, we hold none of them
  • Deployment, calibration, updates and round-the-clock upkeep are on us, dedicated servers included on request
Discuss a deployment

The share and the risk profile follow the strategies deployed and are settled in a direct conversation.

06 — QUBIT EXCHANGE

An exchange layer we built ourselves.

An internal tool of the studio, now open and bedding in — and the foundation for an exchange of our own.

EARLY ACCESS

Qubit Exchange

  • Dozens of liquidity providers gathered behind a single window
  • The route assembles itself and the client sees one final price
  • Swaps across networks and assets without hopping between other people’s sites
  • A decentralised exchange of our own on top of that layer — spot and perpetuals in one place
  • The fee stays minimal: turnover pays for the work and the price is left to the client

Just launched and running in: routing is open to use, the exchange itself is being built on top of it, and each part opens as it becomes ready.
